Hi beautiful ladies! NEW POLICY WILL BE IN PLACE JANUARY 1ST 2025!!! You MUST pay 20$ to book, it WILL be taken off when services are completed, I've avoided this for YEARS! I've worked with everyone schedules, rescheduled, i always ask "any trips, birthdays, anniversary or surgery's" we need to work around so waxing works in every aspect of our lives! But since becoming so busy, I don't have time to always reschedule, I am ONE person handling HUNDREDS. I literally REFUSE to sling waxing around like I did when I was at European wax, it takes my passion away. I do 30 minute appointments, no it NEVER takes me that long, I account for ME running late, client running late, traffic, and any services they may want to add, or working on serious ingrown hairs! I NEVER have a problem rescheduling but when it gets up to 3 to 5 times, or every single appointment, it's a problem, don't prebook, text me when you need me if thats the case, i ALWAYS work with EVERYONE, i'm a single momma of 3 now, and life has CRUSHED me this year, I get sick kids, I get not wanting to get wax, hell it's hard to even get out of the bed for me, and you'd NEVER know it because of all the love I give to my clients. It's their time, and im happy to make them feel the best, not the way you feel in the hairstylist chair, or getting a tattoo, waxing allows you to feel so much better about yourself in the best way.
No I am NOT perfect and I get so frustrated when so many people text me to reschedule, when I just dont have the time the next week. I shouldn't get frustrated when it's a part of my job, and the best thing I am in charge and those fees is something I NEVER wanted. Im having to put them in place because of how many people do reschedule LAST MINUTE. I also won't wax if you don't have enough hair, I've sent many clients out of my room because there wasn't enough hair, because im HONEST. I have a ZERO s**t talk rule, and I also have a no name rule in my room. My room is THE SAFEST room in this tiny town of Livingston.
For clients who don't agree with me, you don't have to, and you also don't have to get waxed by me. I am the best in town, and have the experience to continue to get new client. I may have lost some today, but as I was losing them, I gained more😘
