A brief background on our company:

Arrow began in 2008 with owner/operator Chris Dewey and his business partner Darren Pickard. Over the years, they worked hard to grow the business, recruit and retain loyal drivers and create a local name for themselves. Chris worked day in and day out on this business, anyone that knew him knows that he was extremely hands on and loved what he did. In July of 2020 the world lost an amazing man and he is missed every day.

In January 2021, Lisa Conway purchased Arrow Transportation and created the LLC: Arrow Transportation of CNY.

There are some big shoes to fill between Chris & Darren - but we are confident in our abilities and our success moving forward will make them both very proud of what Arrow has become.

Even through a global pandemic and a driver shortage, we have powered through! We look forward to our future more than ever with upcoming business opportunities and continued growth.

This is all attributed to our amazing drivers whom are appreciated MORE THAN THEY KNOW!!! They work tirelessly day in and day out - they are remarkable and I could not be more grateful for them.

We are seeking a CDL Driver to join our team! You will be responsible for safely operating a truck with a capacity of at least 26,000 pounds Gross Vehicle Weight (GVW).

Responsibilities:

-Transport finished goods & raw materials to and from manufacturing plants, retail & distribution centers
-Safely operate a heavy or tractor-trailer truck
-Load and unload cargo
-Properly track and document activity log
-Report any issues or incidents to dispatch
-Inspect truck before and after trip

Qualifications:

-Previous experience in truck driving or other related fields
-Good driving record/MVR
-Commercial driver's license
-Ability to handle physical workload
-Strong work ethic
