NAMI Tri-Valley

Our Spring 2026 Family to Family Class will start on March 21! It's a FREE 8-week course for family caregivers of adult (age 18 and up) individuals with severe mental illnesses that discusses the clinical treatment of these illnesses and teaches the knowledge and skills that family members need to cope more effectively.

We encourage both new and returning participants to attend this course! This will be a great opportunity to learn, or get a refreshed view, on the latest research on mental illness.

The next 8-week session will begin on March 21st, 2026 and run every Saturday until May 16th. (No class on April 4th)
The classes are every Saturday from 9:00am - 11:30am.
The classes will be held in-person only in Livermore, CA. The location will be shared upon registration.
All instruction and course materials are free to class participants.
