Sunday Meditation Class

Our Meditation Class is modeled in the Buddhist Mindfulness Traditions with a brief talk, followed by brief instruction and practice and then a 20 to 30 minute guided meditation. The class is primarily focused on Eastern and Western approaches to working with a daily Meditation Practice, while addressing issues such as anxiety, stress and burnout fatigue. Various tools will be taught and practiced during each class, including Mindfulness, Breath Work, Chakra & Meridian Energetics, Guided Visualization and other techniques. Please arrive at least 5 minutes early. Registration is not required and Donations starting at $10 are given in-store before the class.
