How to Create an Account
Using your email address on file with LifeStyleRx:
1: Tap the “More” icon in the bottom right-hand corner.
2: Tap “Sign In”
3: Tap “Forgot your password?” Enter a password and an email verification will be sent. Once you verify your email address, your app is ready to use!
