Livermore Live Scan

If you are attending the Livermore Little League Live Scan Event this Saturday, February 24th, please note the following reminders:
1. Please bring your ID and Completed Form to your appt
2. Please ensure you make an appt to keep lines from forming (see link below)
3. All Live Scans will take place at Jackson Elementary School, right outside the Multi-Purpose Room
4. Livemrore Live Scan will be onsite at Jackson from 9am - 3pm (may extend time depending on appts) to complete scans

If you cannot make this onsite event on Saturday, you are welcome to make an appointment during the week and come into our office to complete live scan.

Our office will be closed on Monday, September 4th in observance of the Labor Day Holiday.

We will re-open at 10am the following day.

Just a friendly reminder that we are not in the office on Saturdays and Sundays.

You may see on our online booking page that their are appointments for Saturday, August 26th but this is for MT. HOUSE FLAG FOOTBALL ONLY.

It is an offsite event at the Mt. House Football fields.
