I had a magnificent time with a fascinating resident, Sheila, at Heritage Estates hosting my Living History Chat and seeing dear friends! Seniors are so inspirational!

2021 has seen the passing of two dear friends, the greatest of the Greatest Generation. Barbara was a Navy Nurse, her brother a Navy Pilot who was killed in action in the Pacific just 21 years old. Her late husband was stationed at Pearl Harbor on December 7, 1941. She survived polio. Toughness an understatement. Barbara meant so much to me personally she was my landlord for many years and changed our lives. She was an inspiration even as her health declined she never lost that sense of humor and humility that is so prevalent of her generation and a character trait sorely needed today.
Nelson Fletcher, as humble and nice a gentleman you would ever meet. USMC Captain, WWII and Korean War Veteran, holder of the Distinguished Flying Cross for bravery in combat during the Korean War, America’s second highest military honor. I am very fortunate to have been friends and have been influenced by such great people.

Had a wonderful time at the San Ramon Senior Center Fair! The best part was seeing old friends in Senior Living, past real estate clients, and being outside and meeting people! Thank you for putting on a great event!
