Never really showed you what our dough looks like before it becomes the final product. Those bubbles are always a sight to see!

Our standard has always been light & airy, soft but crispy.

So much trial and error went into getting it to this point. We kinda shot ourselves in the foot because there’s really no easier way for us to make it now. 😂 Not that we’d ever want to. It’s just funny how years of tweaking turned into a process we can’t imagine doing any other way. Worth it every single time!!!

This dough sits at 68% hydration, you can eat 8 slices and not feel bloated 🫃🏻. Every step into making our dough is very much intentional. So glad yall love it!!!
