A few progress pics from a recent jobsite visit for cabinet hardware placement + decorative lighting install! It’s always good to have a plan going in, and then make field adjustments as needed! The end is in sight for this new build! 🙌🏼✨

A few progress pics from a site visit earlier this week at a new build in St. Augustine. It was a hands on visit laying out the stone for the fireplace so everything blends and we get the look we want. Tile install is almost complete and the last reclaimed beam was installed in the great room! Phase 1 of cabinetry install starts next week & I can’t wait to see!!

It was a beautiful morning for a jobsite visit! Checking on progress, reviewing paint + stain samples, and answering questions. My tagalong for the day racked up on treats from the trim crew! ☺️

Knocked out slab selections today for an entire house in under 2 hours. 👏🏼🥵 Each room with a different slab, perfectly coordinated with flooring, tiles, finishes and paint colors. I’m excited to see this one come to life!

Last site meeting before drywall goes up! Checking and double checking all of our plumbing and electrical rough-ins are in the right spot, blocking in the wall is added for bath accessories + drapery rods, ceiling beam support is added, etc. etc. etc. Also got a first look at our wood flooring + stain samples.

It’s always a treat going into Tile Market! Finally carved out some shopping time for myself! 🤩

Started the week off with a site walk and many decisions were made. Crossing floors off the list!

Spent the morning sourcing a few special architectural pieces to incorporate into a charming new build ✨
