What a joy to connect with nearly 100 clinicians who are ready to elevate their careers with this comprehensive training. And, what a privilege to work with an amazing team of facilitators and admin staff. Feeling soooooo grateful! 😊

I love learning!

Attending an in-person IFS Level 3 training for the week in DC. I’m looking forward the the deepening, the slowing down, and the connecting to IFS colleagues.

I just got home from the Polyvagal Institute Conference on Sunday, had some quality time with dedicated clients, taught 2-days of EMDR Basic training, played with my Colorado grandkids, attended exciting meetings planning for 2026, went to the movies with my beloved, and chatted with dear friends what a week! 💖

I. Am. Grateful.

Today I finished up two days in a row of virtual teaching EMDR therapy to 95 clinicians from across the country! So many great questions! So many skills learned and so much confidence gained! What an honor to introduce and teach EMDR therapy to so many clinicians.

I couldn't have done it without the amazing curriculum from Scaling Up, an outstanding admin, Marie, and a dedicated group of facilitators. Yay teamwork!!
