We are a small firm in Southwest metro area who specializes in Holistic Retirement Planning, Medicare Planning, Employee Benefits, Life and Disability Insurance.
POSITION SUMMARY
We are seeking a team member who can offer outstanding customer service to our clients over the phone and in person. Must have outstanding customer service skills ensuring the client is at the heart of our business.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS (not limited)
1. Support growth through strong client relations
2. Problem solving claims issues and billing issues
3. Run proposals and create renewal information
4. Create and maintain client files
5. Maintain calendars
6. Scrub and submit enrollment forms
7. General office duties
JOB SPECIFICATIONS
• Strong computer skills including knowledge of MS Office programs
• Ability to multi-task
• Excellent communication skills
• Possess a positive attitude and be willing to learn
• This position is part-time starting at $15/hr and based on experience
• Must be self-motivated and have the ability to work on your own
