Photos from FirstLight Workshop's post 05/09/2024

I just returned from National Geographic’s “Wildlife of the World by Private jet” Expedition. 25 days, which started in Singapore, then to Borneo, on to Ranthambore in India, to Sri Lanka’s Yala National Park, the Maldives, then Madagascar, on to Phinda Wildlife Reserve in South Africa, then finishing with the mountain gorillas in Rwanda.
Photographing wildlife can draw on that old saw about flying a plane: hours of boredom interrupted by moments of terror. If only the darn critters would give us advance notice when they’re about to do something interpreting.
More photos coming in next few days.
