Aloha friends! It's been so busy! Here are some projects we did in the last few months. Wew! It takes time, energy and some accountability to get projects done!

Exterior Paint. Select, Hire and Completed.
Updated New Side Garden. (me!)
New House Numbers.
Interior Paint (me!)
Prep for interior paint.
Select interior paint, purchase paint and supplies.
Interior Paint (green room to linen color, including windowsills and window frames and chair rail.
Interior Paint , middle room: fresh coat of paint and new windowsill and window frames.
New curtain rods and curtains, both rooms.

Electrical:
Update bathroom lighting.
New bedroom ceiling fans, both bedroom updates.
Switch out almond outlets for white with white plates. Put in new white, toggle switches and plates. (Select and hire help for this one)

Sprinker, repair, replace and end of year, winter prep.

Update furniture; two bedrooms (in progress)
Created and completed new home office space.
Design meeting for updated furniture, loft and front room.
Clean out, organize, sell, keep or give away items that we are not using, or are leftover from the estate. (in progress)
