Piña Playera combines Rock Town Mandarin Vodka, pineapple juice, fresh lemon juice, a splash of sparkling wine, and just enough sweetness to make every sip taste like summer.

Bright, bubbly, citrusy, and made for afternoons that turn into evenings.

Catch this week’s Drink of the Week at our Distillery Cocktail Bar all week long OR make a few at home to sip with friends. Stop by during Happy Hour (3-6 PM, Tuesday-Sunday) to enjoy it for $7, or swing by anytime throughout the week and give this a try at regular menu price.

PIÑA PLAYERA
2.0 oz Rock Town Mandarin Vodka
0.5 oz Pineapple Juice
1.0 oz Simple Syrup
1.0 oz Lemon Juice
Top Sparkling Wine

Pour all ingredients except sparkling wine into a shaker tin over ice. Shake and strain into a goblet glass filled with ice, top with sparkling wine and garnish with a lemon wheel and edible flower.

Grills fired up. Lake days. Pool floats. Lawn chairs. Fireworks. Good people.
