Do home inspections include outbuildings?
While elements like lawns, trees, and outdoor structures such as fences, sheds, and pools usually fall outside the scope of a standard inspection, sometimes exceptions must be considered.

For example, I recently performed an inspection where I discovered this inactive well inside a shed; while the home itself had been converted to city water, the well itself was uncovered, accessible, and to be perfectly honest, as creepy as hell.
