This modern 40' container home with a covered front porch is just an example of what we can do. This home has smart lap siding on the exterior with a raised sloped roof to allow for both lofts. With a Mitsubishi mini split unit it will be a comfortable temperature year around without the noise of a window unit. Wow! Look at the interior, it is all stained pine Tongue and groove with painted trim. The vinyl flooring that looks like wood really compliments everything really well. The barn wood accent wall in the living area gives this unit a touch of rustic on the inside. This container home has a nice size loft that will allow for a queen bed with no problem and has steps to the loft that will allow for a lot of storage and a place to hang your clothes. In the kitchen you will see the custom built birch cabinets stained to match the trim with really nice laminate countertops. This unit has a 15 cu. Ft. refrigerator, combo washer/dryer unit, full size dishwasher and a convection microwave.
