Life Shift

Maybe you are like I was just a year ago, struggling to understand the season you are in because you are forced to start over because opportunities and/or relationships changed or ended. Things shifted after sitting on the couch of my therapist and being asked to write about one word that she wrote on a piece of paper.

That word was purpose. I was reminded that my purpose in life is to help others define or refine their understanding of their purpose.
