It is (and should be) more than cracking backs and quick fixes. At its core, we’re looking at how the body moves, where it compensates, what feels stuck or overloaded, and trying to help restore movement through modalities like manual therapy, rehab, and SoftWave so you can keep it movin.

Your body doesn’t have to be in pain before it deserves attention. There are small ways you can improve mobility at home to improve the way your body moves, balances and absorbs force so you can keep doing what you love, or return to doing what you love. Plantar Fasciitis is like walking on eggshells (if the eggshells were made of metal spikes). Stretching, massaging, new shoes, or orthotics can make symptoms calm down but symptom relief doesn’t always mean the tissue is tolerating load better. Pain pops up when the demands on the foot are more than what the tissue can handle.
We’re here for long-term progress which comes from rebuilding the foot’s capacity through the right mix of treatment, strength, progression and timing.

We post about SoftWave all the time, but what is it actually?
