WOLF FACT WEDNESDAY. Wolves have two layers of fur. This time of year in the northern hemisphere, they are growing in their thick undercoat to help keep them warm in the winter. They also have an outer coat which includes their guard hairs and helps to protect their soft undercoat from getting saturdated in rain or snow. Did you know this?
