BXB training options are officially live.
This is not random workouts and it is not training without direction. BXB is built on a real development system that has helped athletes improve, perform better for their teams, and move on to the college level.
Every athlete is trained with purpose. We use assessments to establish a true baseline, then track progress over time through sports performance testing such as force plates, vertical testing, and other performance markers so growth is measured, not guessed.
Whether you are on the basketball side or the performance side, the goal is the same: build a better athlete, improve movement, increase performance, and create results that translate.
Training options:
Online Training — $110/month
8 Sessions Limited — $300
Flex Plan — $240
Available for both basketball and performance.
If you want training with structure, accountability, and a proven development system, DM “TRAINING” to get started.

Yesterday, we talked about how coaching habits can hurt players.
Today, let’s talk about how to build them up.
Because performance isn’t just physical—it’s emotional, mental, and neurological.
When you coach with regulation in mind, you unlock the best version of your players.
Here’s how:
1. Clarity Over Chaos
Keep cues simple and intentional. When the message is clear, players respond with confidence—not confusion.
2. Calm in the Storm
Your presence sets the emotional temperature. Stay grounded, especially when the game gets tight.
3. Correct Without Crushing
Mistakes are moments, not identities. Correct the action, protect the player’s mindset.
4. Standards With Consistency
Players need to know what to expect. When the standard is steady, trust and accountability grow.
5. Connection Before Correction
A connected athlete is a coachable athlete. Build real relationships—they’ll run through a wall for you.
6. Coach the Mind-Body Loop
Stress shows up in the body. Helping players regulate their nervous system leads to better decisions and movement.
7. Model What You Preach
Your energy, tone, and focus will be mirrored. Be what you want them to become.
8. Let Them Play Free
Give structure, then step back. Growth happens when players feel ownership in their development.
Regulate first. Then coach.
Coach the human. Build the player.
Let’s keep raising the standard—brick by brick.
