Come see our beautiful Texas river RV park on the Brazos in Lipan/Brock, with huge pecan 🌳trees, a peaceful countryside setting, and private access to the Brazos river🚣‍♂️! With 20 acres of beautiful Texas countryside, we have plenty of room for the whole family! Come spend your days 🐟fishing, 🏄‍♂️paddle board, cooking out, and just enjoying the sunrises and sunsets of the quiet country life. Each RV space has a 🏕fire pit and picnic table and we have a lovely little clubhouse that guests can utilize for a full size kitchen, shower, or to play cards/dominoes, etc.

River Valley Folks,

We have PLENTY of firewood at the back of the clubhouse, so please help yourself if you need any during this cold spell! Gentle reminder to not use fire in your camper and keep a close on eye on any space heaters you may be using. If you wouldl like to let the faucet drip to prevent freezing, please do.

If anyone has any trouble staying warm, please head up to the club house and we will do all we can. There are games and a little more wiggle room in the clubhouse if you would like to take advantage of that. We appreciate all y’all and hope everyone stays warm during this cold front!
