Thank YOU for an amazing five years! So much has changed over the last five years from starting out just the two of us, adding Fran & his boxing classes, to now having double the space, gym memberships, fantastic personal training clients, adding two more awesome trainers working along side us, and our littlest lifter joined the mix. We can not wait to see how much AF changes over the next 5!
