Vettes for Vets delivers Thanksgiving meal to Vietnam veteran Back in September, James Rapp was nominated for a free renovation of his home through the Vettes for Vets non-profit organization.
“They’re a wonderful organization,” says Rapp. “It was a complete surprise for us. We were so overwhelmed, we didn’t know what to say.”

It was an honor to speak.

Benjamin Pate with Vetts for Vets spoke this week. This organization will shortly be located in 12 states. It selects worthy veterans who need help in some way such as remodeling their home.

We are having a great time telling people about our mission. If you like to hear what we do please attend the Mineola Rotary meeting this Monday at 12 in the Civic Center.

Vettes For Vets - Texas Chapter is now accepting donations and sponsorship for our upcoming car show Aug 29-30,2025. You can email, text or pm me for details. Any and all donations or sponsorships go to help a veteran in need. We look forward to helping where we can this year. Vettes for Vets is a 501(c)(3).
We are also looking for a veteran to be nominated. Please message me if you know of a veteran in need.
