i made this for my dad's birthday. it was made from a sport coat that he had custom made in Hong Kong during his military service. the wool-cashmere coat had gotten a lot of moth holes and needed to be tossed or upcycled.

i used the wool tweed, the red silk lining, and the label from inside the coat. (the taupe jersey is purchased fabric.)

i love how this turned out!
