Episode 2 Grills, Grit, and The American Back Porch The One Eyed Podcast · Episode

First episode of my podcast is up and running.
First episode had a few minor technical issues but overall the feedback has been positive. I have 5 episodes already written but not recorded. These are humorous, story telling, handyman DIY quick tips, and of course some reflection on patriotism in reference to my own experience and thoughts. Its not political, not satire, and not serious its meant to entertain and bring a smile to your everyday hustle and bustle. Best part is I pledge to keep my episodes under 20 minutes (first episode is under 13 minutes)

Duct Tape and Patriotism The One Eyed Podcast · Episode

I want to thank Janet T. for allowing me the honor to work on the painting, straightening out the towel rack, and some drywall repair on her bathroom remodel. It was such a joy seeing it come together. Ill be back next week to finish up with another portion of her project in installing her stone back splash and mirror. Thank you so much for trusting me with this project.

Well after 8 years my Lil air pump finally quit on me. Its been a very reliable and hardworking little air pump. Used it this morning on a "low air tire" call at Walmart, one of the many services we offer, and it gave its last breath of air after it completed filling up the client's tire.
If you run into a time you either run out of fuel or you need a tire changed or tire looked at while you're out and about, give me a call or text me at (402) 613-2845.

Ok I had to share because this is so much my wife. She is so independent and strong minded that she "forgets" that I love doing these things for US and so she doesn't have too. She loves this video and I show it every year on my personal page. Over the 3 years we've been married she's finally "allowed" me to mow, take over the snow removal duties, w**d around her plantings, clean the house, do the laundry (although I'm on probation after drying her unmentionables when she told me never wash them in "regular" wash or dry them in the dryer, sorry Honey). Hope everyone has a fantastic week and even better weekend.

Spent today working alongside a friend on repairing his fence. I apologize for not having the before and after pictures but we had a great afternoon just sharing in great conversation and working together on his long overdue project. It came out very solidly built and we utilized as much of the original materials as possible to make it a repair that is seamless and continuous for his amazing dog, Bo.
Thank you Jarret for the work and more for the Brotherhood of sharing and assisting with your project. It made for an excellent day and great finish to the week.

1.) Gutter cleaning services provided for a valued client on a pleasant day.
2.) Also did a door k**b installation on another client.
3.) Blew off a clients yard and deck using the wind to help push the leaves to the back area of their property.
4.) Bagged all the flower beds debris and dead growth for another client and took it away.

All these fall items and interior work on such a beautiful day.

My day off I enjoy spending working in projects around the house or yard, this weekend I started a stone wall out in the corner of the yard. We've had this pile of stone for years and I decided to try to use the rock pile to put in an area for a compost area. Its not always easy to stay on these home projects during the week due to the business projects and bids, but I try to post updates when possible.
