IMKO Workforce Solutions in Omaha is urgently seeking a dedicated bilingual Production Line Lead to join our team!

Key responsibilities for this role include:

- Training and cross-training staff.
- Ensuring necessary tools and materials are available for crews to accomplish tasks.
- Overseeing production workers and training crew members on efficient operations.
- Communicating with crew members regarding performance.
- Coordinating with your supervisor regarding any repairs or preventive maintenance in the department.
- Implementing, maintaining, and supporting all company policies and procedures, including safety and good housekeeping.
- Operating or assisting with operating machines when needed.
- Performing additional duties as assigned by management.

Maintenance Technician $28-30 per hour

Qualifications:
⦁ High school diploma or GED
⦁ 3 or more years of experience in industrial maintenance and/or education/training in similar trades
⦁ Ability to safely use hand and power tools as well as read and work from schematics, blueprints, diagrams and sketches.
⦁ Up to date with OSHA regulations
⦁ Ability to lift 50 lbs, work long shifts in varying temperatures
⦁ Demonstrate sufficient reasoning abilities, language, mathematical and technical skill

A current Lift Truck Operator License and/or other appropriate certification may be required.
