Project Spotlight: Davis Design partnered with NDOT on a new 23,000-square-foot facility in Columbus supporting District 3 operations and the Nebraska State Patrol. The facility features eight drive-thru maintenance bays, office space, a materials testing lab, and a dedicated 2,400-square-foot State Patrol wing with secure operational, investigative, and K-9 support spaces. Additional site improvements include salt storage, cold storage, and stormwater management features designed to support critical transportation and public safety services.

✨We’re proud to showcase this 26,000-square-foot renovation, transforming the space into a modern medical clinic and urgent care facility. Northpointe Family Medicine has a shared lobby with convenient restrooms that connects patients to dedicated reception and waiting areas for each service.

The medical clinic features 36 exam rooms, provider offices, a lab, on-site x-ray, a conference room, and a staff breakroom. The urgent care includes 6 exam rooms, provider offices, a procedure room, x-ray services, and its own dedicated breakroom—designed to support efficient, high-quality care.

Davis Design team members had a fantastic day on the course supporting Tabitha Health’s Meals on Wheels program at the annual Gateway Sertoma Golf Event! ⛳

Meals on Wheels makes a meaningful impact in Lincoln by delivering nutritious meals to seniors and individuals with disabilities—helping them stay healthy while remaining safe and comfortable in their own homes. 🏡🍽️

We’re proud to join Bryan Health in celebrating the incredible impact Jim and Wade have made in healthcare design. We’re equally grateful for everything they’ve contributed to our firm over the years.

The fingerprints of Jim and Wade Stange can be found all over Bryan Medical Center. Collectively, the father and son worked on architectural projects at Bryan for over 60 years. Today, Wade volunteers at Bryan as a wayfinder, guiding guests around the hallways that he and his dad helped design.
