After 36 years with CIP Communities, Jeff Westwood is retiring.

Jeff has been a trusted teammate, problem solver, mentor, and friend to so many across our organization. His knowledge, dedication, positive attitude, and willingness to help others have left a lasting mark on our communities and the people who work alongside him.

Thirty-six years of service is a remarkable accomplishment, and while it's impossible to fully capture the impact Jeff has made over the years, his influence will be felt long after his retirement.
