This week, Complete Hearing was honored to be recognized as a Lincoln Family-Friendly Workplace.

And I’m incredibly grateful for this recognition 🫶 as I reflected on what it means, I realized… the best workplaces don’t ask people to leave their lives at the door.

Because our team isn’t just audiologists, patient care coordinators, billing / lab / scheduling magic makers. They are also:

Human moms.
Dog moms 🐶
Cat moms 🐈
Students.
Caregivers.
Volunteers.
Coaches.
Spouses.
Friends.

Because when people feel supported:
They lead differently
They listen differently
They care differently
They serve differently

When we received this recognition, there was only one way I wanted to celebrate.

I invited our entire team and their families to be part of it. The little ones colored pictures during the ceremony and they helped hold the certificate for pictures 📸. Then we gathered around one big table for brunch. 🍳🥞🧇

Because those smiling faces aren’t separate from Complete Hearing.

They’re part of who we are.

While I may have the privilege of leading this practice, this culture has been built by every single person on this team. They choose to care deeply for one another and for every patient who walks through our doors.

To my incredible team: thank you for believing in this vision and bringing it to life every single day.

To your families: thank you for sharing your favorite people with us.

And to the Lincoln Partnership for Economic Development and Lincoln Littles: thank you for recognizing something that’s incredibly close to my heart 💜

I will never stop working to build a place where people don’t just succeed professionally - but where they also truly thrive personally.
