The disaster relief program is also known as the 203H program.

Program highlights.

• Available to anyone whose home has been destroyed or severely damaged in a declared disaster area
• The property could have been owned or rented
• Min fico 500* (*lower debt ratios apply to ficos 500-599)
• No down payment, borrowers are eligible for 100% financing
• The home does NOT need to be in the same area as the previous home.
• Documentation exceptions on destroyed paperwork in some cases
• You must still have an income source

This loan may not help everyone. But it could mean the world to a family looking to re-establish as soon as possible.
