As Lottery Week rolls on, today we’ll show how proceeds are building a better Nebraska. If someone you know is currently in college or planning on attending college soon, you should know about the Nebraska Opportunity Grant (NOG). It’s the State of Nebraska’s only need-based financial aid program for post-secondary students. NOG is funded through State General Fund appropriations and Nebraska Lottery proceeds.
