We would like to reassure our customers that Future Technologies will continue to maintain and support our network and subscribers amidst the the spread of the coronavirus. We have taken measures to ensure the health and safety of our customers and staff. We also understand that many will be facing both health and economic battles in the coming months. For that reason we have decided that for the next 60 days Future Technologies shall: (1) not terminate service to any residential or small business customers because of their inability to pay their bills due to the disruptions caused by the coronavirus pandemic; (2) waive any late fees that any residential or small business customers incur because of their economic circumstances related to the coronavirus pandemic; (3) offer assistance to any communities facing challenges resulting from inadequate connectivity or needing emergency communications.

Our thoughts and prayers are with those impacted by the flooding across the region. If you are a customer that has been displaced by the flooding we will suspend your account without penalty until you are able to get back into you home. If your equipment has been damaged or lost we will replace it free of charge when you are ready. We also know that infrastructure has been damaged in many areas and if your community has lost internet connectivity please give us a call and we will see if there is something we can do to help.
