Our ETI Omaha office is seeking an Electrical BIM Coordinator to join our team.

Requirements:
- Experience with Revit & AutoCAD
- Familiarity with common construction practices relating to buildings & electrical systems
- Working towards or holding an Associate's degree
- Experience in the field is preferred but not required

Utilizing Revit & AutoCAD, an Electrical BIM Coordinator would assist in the preparation of construction documents with direct supervision of engineers and designers, and work in a team environment to design electrical, lighting, and technology systems for architectural and mechanical systems.

We had an amazing time celebrating the groundbreaking ceremony for Cunningham Commons! It is being introduced as a vibrant, year-round destination focused on recreation, education, and community connection for people of all ages and abilities.

The project will include a four-season community hub featuring accessible restrooms, flexible classroom space, concessions, and a spacious covered area for gatherings. Outdoor amenities will highlight a nature-themed playground, a bike park with mountain biking trails, and three new fishing piers to enhance access to the lake.

This initiative is the result of a collaboration effort between Lake Cunningham, Omaha Parks & Rec, Mayor John W. Ewing, Jr., the City of Omaha, and the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers all working together to create more inclusive, free outdoor opportunities for the community. Progress is moving along at the Union at Tower District in Topeka, Kansas! This new housing development will stretch over four acres of property within Shawnee County, and it will consist of 250 one, two, and three-bedroom units. There are two four-story buildings and one three-story building on the property.
