Automations are the new shiny object in businesses. Unfortunately, many businesses are implementing (or attempting to) automations that just are not ready for them. While automations are beneficial, they should only be implemented when the processes are consistently occurring and documented so we can evaluate if the automations are actually providing benefits to the business.

New and updated software is released all the time. They can be extremely beneficial to optimizing your business, but they can also muddy the system and create yet another recurring payment. Before being tempted to integrate another software into your business, first take a look at what you already have going. Are there simple adjustments that can be made within the system and software you are already using? How often would the new software benefit you?
