Nando's Elemental Reset
I went from 260 to 170 in a little under two years. Here are three things that helped me and I’m sharing in hopes that it will help you throughout your weight loss journey.
1. Sacrifice- I had to start waking up at uncomfortable times, and start getting used to putting my body through difficult activities. Sacrificing sleep, time away from social activities and family in order to try and live a healthier lifestyle.
2. Discipline- I started my journey doing intermittent fasting on a carnivore diet. Cutting out carbs for over a year and started to do Jiu jitsu at on my weight loss journey. Both the sport of jiu jitsu and my diet at the time had me living a very strict lifestyle.
3. Eat Clean- I cut out ALL processed foods from my diet, and try to eat as organic as possible. Trying to make sure I also supplement correctly according to whatever diet I’m on at the time. Getting a nutritionist is KEY!
Make sure to consult a medical professional to seek out advise as well, such as bloodwork. It will help TREMENDOUSLY on your journey.
