Sometimes it’s something unusual — like moisture sitting on top of the foundation — that catches my eye. 👀 Most people would walk right past it, but that’s what inspections are all about. It’s all in the details! 😊

Up inspecting another roof. The myrtle trees are beautiful! The pool, well it needs a few repairs.

This flooring in Llano TX is just west of our house about 30 miles. The river rose 26 feet in 45 minutes on July 4th. A slow moving low pressure system was unexpected. Lake Travis is 63 miles long has risen 7 feet. Prayers for all that are affected.
