Boston home owners

NO COST new heating systems - up to a $5,000 value - are being offered to qualified Boston homeowners via the City of Boston’s HeatWorks program, as operated by NOAH! To be eligible homeowners must:
*Own and reside in their own 1-4 family home in Boston
*Have a household income not exceeding 80% of the HUD AMI (see NOAH for additional details)
*Be 60 or older (via HeatWorks) OR have at least one child aged five or under who is a resident of the home (via HeatWorks Plus)
*Have a heating system/boiler that needs repair or replacement.

Center program, and is designed to help low/moderate income homeowners who have older, ineffective heating systems/boilers.
Grants are available for up to $5,000 and/or 0% interest deferred loans for replacement of older heating systems or heat-related repairs. An approved, licensed and insured contractor will perform all work. NOAH directly serves residents of East Boston, Charlestown and the North and West Ends, but we can refer you to partners who perform this work throughout the City.
