We are very proud of our road representative and friend David Hall for receiving not only the KMEA District 8 Friend of Music Award this year, but also the KMEA Friend of Music Award for the entire state! David works hard every day to deliver supplies and repairs to and from schools, and is a huge asset to our business at Hurst Music! David’s skills go beyond delivery and pickup of supplies and instruments; he is a master saxophonist and veteran performing artist, which allows him to share a wealth of knowledge (and great stories) with all of us at the store, as well as with his many students over the years.

We had a great first day at KMEA yesterday. Great to see so many teachers and students! Come by the booth if you haven’t already! We love seeing everyone!
