Please stop and check opossums that have hit by cars. Babies are in the pouch this time of year. In southern states some already have fur as well as pinkies but in northern states they are mostly this size. All will need tube fed so please contact a rehabber who tube feeds. Always ask at what size they are willing to try with them. Some put them down under 20 grams. I try to save no matter what size as you see here. Its hard work but it can be done!
