Job Opening: Pediatric Occupational Therapist
Location: Lexington & Wi******er KY

About Us:
Core4 Therapy is a pediatric therapy center specializing in developmental support for children of all ages. We are committed to family-centered care and playful, evidence-based therapy.

Your Responsibilities:
• Perform evaluations for pediatric clients and develop individualized treatment plans
• Deliver one-on-one pediatric occupational therapy sessions focused on sensory processing, motor planning, self-regulation and more.
• Collaborate with caregivers, educators, and other pediatric specialists to ensure holistic support
• Document progress, set measurable goals, and adapt treatment based on child development
• Provide education and tools to families to support therapy goals at home

Qualifications:
• Master’s or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Licensed (or eligible for licensure) as an Occupational Therapist in Kentucky
• Experience in pediatric occupational therapy with a focus on sensory integration is a plus
• Strong communication skills and a child-centered, playful approach to therapy.

Flexible part-time and full-time positions available.
