Once a top Lexington movie theatre, today it’s Kentucky’s biggest production studio See inside a building that once housed Woodhill Cinema and is now a 50,000-square-foot production studio.

A long-vacant lot in downtown Lexington will soon become apartments. Here’s where. A 119-unit studio apartment building on Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard developed by Cowgill Properties will open in mid-2020. The lot where the building is located has been vacant for years.
