MUSIC ANYONE 🎸The Rail at The Commons is coming along! We are honored to work on this project in collaboration with developer Daren Turner and the Turner Properties team. The Rail design process is a fast-tracked collaborative effort where strategy, communication and ex*****on are critical. Due to the expedited timeline, Thoroughbred developed a multi-phase bid package delivery strategy accommodating the contractual complexity of the Developer and Tenant contract structure, while allowing construction to break ground months ahead of schedule. 47,000 square sf and 2000 seats - this amazing venue is set to open THIS fall.
