Gemi Jams is a local, family-owned business named after the owners’ children. What started as a way to make the most of fresh fruit has grown into a passion for creating handcrafted, small-batch jams and fruit syrups with unique, memorable flavors.

Each jar is made with care using quality ingredients and a whole lot of love. Whether you spread it on warm biscuits, fresh bread, croissants, or use it to elevate your favorite recipes, there’s a flavor for everyone.

Meet Victoria, owner of Elder & Oak!

What started as a passion for keeping her own family healthy has grown into a small-batch apothecary dedicated to helping others do the same. As a mom of five, Victoria handcrafts elderberry syrup, herbal teas, infused honey, botanical body care, and custom wellness products using thoughtfully selected ingredients and time-honored traditions. Every product is made with intention and a belief in immunity refined by nature.

We are so excited to be partnering with her and her amazing small business! Over the month of July we’ll be painting, rearranging and renovating some of our spaces in order to make room for some new vendors!
