MODD haus

A recent MODDhaus design transformed a nondescript building into a branded, experiential destination. The client planned to open the facility for tours and was looking for signage as well as options for interactive installations on their front porch that encouraged social media sharing.

MODDhaus designed eye catching, photographable signage that showcased all the client’s brands and suggested a deep green on the building itself. This bold color choice and modern, engaging signage positions their building as an iconic landmark in this small town downtown.

On the front porch, we offered several experiential design concepts, from a sensory “pod” that immersed you in the sights, smells, and sounds of a day on the farm, Instagrammable plant walls, to wicker swing chairs, and more.
