April brought strong momentum to the housing market with 1,245 homes sold, up 4% from last year’s 1,203. Sales also jumped 23% from the previous month, continuing a steady five month streak of growth 📈

While national home sales remained flat year over year, our region continued to outperform, highlighting the strength and resilience of the local market

Year to date, sales are up 5% with 3,986 transactions closed compared to 3,784 last year
