Lexington Rescue Mission

God is moving in a powerful way. In April, 54 men and women graduated from our Re-Entry classes in the Fayette, Woodford, and Madison County Detention Centers, and 34 were baptized, choosing a new life in Christ.

Through The Genesis Process and Jobs for Life, we help individuals address the root causes of self-destructive patterns and build the job skills and character needed for a successful return home.

As these men and women prepare to reenter their communities, please join us in lifting them up in prayer for strength, healing, and a fresh start. To God be the glory.

As the Lexington Rescue Mission celebrates 25 years of serving our community, we’re taking a look back at the milestones that have helped shape our mission and expand our impact.

In September 2012, The Mission adopted the nationally recognized employment training program Jobs for Life and began offering classes at our outreach center, strengthening our commitment to long-term transformation through meaningful work and support.

For 25 years, every step forward has been driven by one purpose: reaching more people with hope, help, and lasting change.
