I had 2 computers come in last week that had been upgraded with Windows 10. However the customer forgot to check to make sure their computer would be able to handle the upgrade.... :-( OOPS. In this case the hardware (and Software) had some issues with the Upgrade. I had to backup their data and Re-install their old Windows system to correct the problem. I know this is a free upgrade, but not all computers can handle it. You should always check to make sure that your PC is Windows 10 ready, before you install it. Hey Guys! Got a call this week from a client in Iowa. She said her profile was corrupted and she could not log on. This happens for a lot of reasons. It's a good Idea to setup another user with Administrator status so you can log in on that one is yours gets corrupted from a bad windows update or a virus.
