🔥 This heat wave has everyone feeling the “HEAT”—including your HVAC system and the technicians working hard to keep up with the demand.

We’re receiving a high volume of calls for air conditioning repairs right now. To help minimize wait times and possibly prevent an unnecessary service call, here are a few things you can do:

✅ Check and replace dirty air filters. Restricted airflow is one of the leading causes of system issues.

✅ Gently rinse your outdoor unit. Use a garden hose with low pressure and spray from top to bottom to remove dirt and debris.

✅ If your unit is frozen over, turn the system OFF and switch the thermostat fan setting to ON. This will help thaw the system more quickly.

Unfortunately, there are very limited service options for a frozen unit until it has completely thawed. In many cases, a technician must return for a second trip once the ice is gone—costing additional time and money.
