✨ Meet Taylor Patterson ✨
Taylor has been part of our Kentucky Court Reporters team for a year! She is a certified Reporter and Legal Videographer. What she loves most about this career is the opportunity to travel and meet new people every day, keeping her work interesting and fast-paced.
She believes attention to detail is one of the most important skills a court reporter can have, especially during depositions, where it helps prevent confusion and keeps proceedings running smoothly.
Outside of the office, Taylor enjoys doing puzzles and has recently taken up running, with a goal of completing a 5K in the coming months 🏃♀️
Fun fact: Taylor loves to bake—especially macarons! Her ideal way to unwind after work…watching a movie with her boyfriend and cats.
Taylor has an incredible attitude and always willing to lend an extra hand. She has been an invaluable addition to our team!

✨ Meet Rachael Snyder ✨
Rachael is a certified Reporter and Legal Videographer and has been part of the Kentucky Court Reporters team for a year! What she loves most about her job is helping proceedings run as smoothly as possible - whether that means stepping in to help with exhibits, saving the day when someone forgot a pen, or putting together a clean, great-looking transcript. She also enjoys traveling across the state and beyond for the needs of our clients.
Rachael believes attention to detail is one of the most important skills a court reporter can have, often making all the difference for clients during proceedings, not to mention an accurate transcript!
Outside of work, Rachael loves reading, writing, and coffee - from visiting local coffee shops to making espresso daily on her Breville. Her perfect way to unwind? Turning on Gilmore Girls after a busy day. Fun fact: She once won a cake walk 7 times in one day… so many that her dad had to give most of the cakes away! Rachael’s personality is sweeter than any of those cakes!
We’re so glad to have Rachael on our team!

✨ Meet Sarah Hermanek ✨
Sarah has been with Kentucky Court Reporters for two years, and during that time, she’s found deep meaning in the moments when her work helps give people a voice—especially those who haven’t always felt heard.
Sarah is both a certified reporter & legal videographer. She believes one of the most important skills a great court reporter can have is adaptability. Being flexible and able to respond appropriately in constantly changing situations is key to ensuring the record is accurate and the process runs smoothly.
What Sarah finds most rewarding about working in the legal field is when the system works the way it’s supposed to—when the facts are valued and both sides are truly heard.
Outside of work, Sarah is an avid traveler. She’s already visited nearly half of the U.S., Mexico, Canada, Saint Martin, and the Dutch-Caribbean island of Saba, with plans to add a few more destinations in 2026.
Fun fact: Sarah is the eldest sibling with three younger brothers and no sisters.
After a busy day, her ideal way to unwind is simple—ordering takeout and binge-watching whatever show or movie fits the mood.
We’re lucky to have Sarah on our team!
