📈Home prices reached an all-time April high of $292,000, up 4% from March and 7% from last year. Single-family homes rose 7% to $293,350, while townhomes and condos increased 4% to $269,100.

Year to date, prices are running about 5% ahead of last year, continuing steady momentum through the first four months of 2026.
